The Neukölln Klezmer Sessions are celebrating Purim! Join us on March 4th at Oblomov for an evening of festive music-making.
Dress up, mask up, and drink until you can't tell your right hand from your left! Bring your instrument, your graggers, and your finest carnival spirit. We'll start with a tune-learning session at 18:30, followed by an open jam full of freylekhs, bulgars, and whatever else the holiday demands.
Adding to the joy, we'll have one of the co-founders of the Neukölln Klezmer Sessions back with us—all the way from New York—Ilya Shneyveys, and on his birthday no less!
This is a community space, and we ask everyone to be mindful and caring of one another. Let's make some joyful noise together!
